Jamie's Nut Roast
1. Cube and Roast butternut with Cumin and Chilli
2. Cook gnocchi - 3 mins
3. Slightly wilt the spinach
4. Layer butternut then gnocchi in shallow baking dish with blobs of spinach and grated cheddar
5. Add salt and pepper
6. Add double cream mixed with milk and sprinkle parmesan on top.
7. Bake in the oven for 30 mins - 180 degrees
